BC/BE PM&R

Physician to join a growing, physician-owned practice in a full-time or part-time capacity with benefits. The role involves providing medical oversight and care in subacute, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings, with responsibilities including documentation, quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review. Participate in administrative, compliance, and safety protocols. Collaborate with staff, administration, and community partners to support strategic goals. Visit multiple facilities as needed, sharing call duties in evenings, weekends, or holidays. Maintain licensure, certifications, and clinical privileges. Qualified candidates should have experience in skilled nursing or hospitalist settings, be licensed in their practicing state, and be board eligible or certified. Compensation starts at $300,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
