Guest Services Attendant - Ranch Hall Granby Ranch | Granby, Colorado Granby Ranch's Ranch Hall is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Guest Services Attendant to join our team. This year-round position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional service, and being part of a vibrant mountain community. Position Summary As the first point of contact for homeowners and guests, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience while supporting daily Ranch Hall operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist homeowners and guests in a professional and friendly manner Issue homeowner season passes Check guests in for swimming and other Ranch Hall amenities Answer questions and provide information about Granby Ranch and the local community Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized facility Assist with snow removal as needed Support additional Ranch Hall operations and guest service needs Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency Knowledge of the local community and area attractions preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing light physical tasks, including snow removal when necessary Schedule & Compensation Starting pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE) Part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment Year-round employment Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you enjoy working with people and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a beautiful mountain setting, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Granby Ranch team.
