Mary's Mountain Cookies is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and dependable individual to lead our Winter Park operations during the winter season. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with customers, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations at 2-3 cookie kiosks throughout Winter Park Resort Ensure exceptional customer service and a memorable guest experience Coordinate inventory, product deliveries, and kiosk setup Support and lead team members during peak business periods Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Troubleshoot issues and ensure kiosks operate efficiently Qualifications Positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to travel between Granby and Winter Park Resort Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak winter periods Customer service and supervisory experience preferred Our Vision At Mary's Mountain Cookies , our vision is to create a unique and memorable experience for our customers and community.
