Some Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees all day-to-day operations Creates a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect. Meet or exceed all performance requirements and sales and inventory expectations. Ensures the correct use of equipment and reports any defects to the corporate office.

Requires concentration in a fast-paced environment.
