•URGENT HIRE We're hiring Customer Service & Loading Associates to join a busy, established greenhouse and horticultural operation! This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands, enjoys being outdoors, and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. Responsibilities Greeting customers and helping direct them to the right areas Picking customer orders and locating plants, pottery, and other merchandise Loading plants, pottery, and other products into customer vehicles and trucks Packing and organizing customer purchases Keeping outdoor sales areas clean, organized, and presentable Watering plants and assisting with general nursery upkeep Setting up signs and merchandise displays Experience Comfortable working outdoors and in a farm/greenhouse environment Comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout the day Able to lift 20 lbs consistently Reliable and punctual Willing to jump in and help wherever needed Comfortable using a handheld scanner or learning new technology If you've worked in landscaping, landscaping supply, farming, gardening, warehouse, loading/unloading, retail, grocery, delivery, construction, hospitality, or another hands-on environment, your experience could translate well here.
