Job Description

Oyster farming is an all-outside-all-the-time job that can only be accomplished through teamwork. You will work on a 3-person boat crew, operate specialized machinery for cleaning and sorting oysters, and handle quality control, selection, and packaging of our market-ready oysters.

TrueChesapeake Hours:
Start and End times vary with seasons, but we generally work 6 to 8 hours daily starting between 7am and 8am. We hardly ever work past 4pm.
