We're looking for a magnetic Maître D' who knows how to work a room, own the book, and make every guest feel like they're exactly where they're supposed to be. You'll be the face of the restaurant, managing reservations, maximizing the room, controlling the flow of service, and setting the tone from the moment guests walk through the door. You'll know the regulars, welcome the newcomers, charm the walk-ins, and keep the front door running with confidence and ease. But great hospitality doesn't stop at the host stand. You'll stay connected with guests throughout their experience, check in on the room, pick up on feedback, and work closely with the team to make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back. We're looking for someone polished, social, sharp, and naturally engaging. someone who loves restaurants, knows how to read a room, and understands that a great Maître D' can turn a good night into the night. Restaurant experience is preferred. Personality, presence, and a serious instinct for hospitality are essential. This role may be salaried depending on experience.
