Job Description

Position Description Toast Winery is seeking an energetic and versatile team member to join our growing winery team. This position combines customer service, food preparation, and winery production responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional hospitality and customer service in the tasting room Preparing made-to-order "Build Your Own" charcuterie boards and maintaining a clean food preparation area Assisting with winery operations as a cellar hand, including harvest activities, wine transfers, bottling, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and general cellar support Supporting special events and other winery operations as needed This is a year-round position offering a minimum of 30 hours per week. Weekend availability is required; some overtime may be required from time to time particularly during peak tourism and harvest seasons. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Willingness to perform both customer-facing and physical cellar duties Previous winery, hospitality, food service, or retail experience is preferred but not required Join our team and become part of a small, passionate winery where no two days are the same. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
