The Role:

We're seeking a Front of House (FOH) Team Lead to inspire, train, and support our FOH crew. You'll be responsible for ensuring guests are greeted with warmth, orders are fulfilled with precision, and the entire guest experience runs seamlessly from entry to exit. This is a developmental leadership role with the potential to be promoted to Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead by example with exceptional guest service, energy, and professionalism. Assist in training and onboarding FOH team members. Manage daily FOH operations including service flow, cleanliness, cash handling, and POS systems.  Ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered quickly and correctly.  Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency.  Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across dining and service areas.  Support inventory management, product restocking, and shift communication.  Act as a key holder and take responsibility for opening/closing procedures as needed.  Collaborate with BOH leadership for seamless kitchen-to-guest coordination.

What We're Looking For:

 1+ year experience in a quick-service or fast-casual FOH role, preferably with some leadership exposure.  Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.  Energetic, hands-on leader with a guest-first mindset.  Proficiency in POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.  Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.  Ambition to grow into a management role

Pay:

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
