Contract - 2 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recreational Camp Specialist to join our client's team in the outdoor recreation sector. In this role, you will contribute to organizing and executing hunting and fishing trips, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws. You will also assist in maintaining facilities and equipment, providing first aid, and caring for animals. Responsibilities Support hunting and fishing trips for individuals and groups to meet client entertainment and operational requirements. Plan itineraries for trips using extensive knowledge of the countryside to determine optimal routes and sites. Transport people, equipment, and supplies to designated areas. Ensure compliance with hunting and fishing laws by providing necessary explanations to participants. Instruct group members in the use of hunting or fishing gear. Administer first aid to injured individuals as required. Assist with the maintenance and repair of facilities, grounds, and equipment. Care for animals as needed. Requirements 10+ years of experience in hunting, fishing, and camping within the outdoor recreation and guide industry. Non-Commercial Driver's license required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with facilities management and equipment maintenance. First aid certification.
