This role involves assisting customers, managing the display of fresh fruits, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment at our outdoor fruit stand. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors and be prepared for various weather conditions while providing excellent customer service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fresh fruits Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fruit stand, including restocking supplies as needed Ensure that all displayed produce is fresh, appealing Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Set up and dismantle the stand at opening and closing times Work outdoors in various weather conditions, being prepared for outdoor environment challenges Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping experience for customers and staff Skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Good organizational skills to keep the stand tidy and well-stocked Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in different weather conditions Reliability with a positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions, including sun, rain, or wind
