We are seeking highly motivated, physically resilient individuals to join our Seasonal Hand-Harvest Cotton Crew . This position relies entirely on manual labor to pick raw cotton straight from the fields. You will be responsible for carefully pulling cotton from mature bolls without gathering excessive leaf trash, filling harvest sacks, and transporting your yield to the weighing station.

Responsibilities:

Manual Cotton Picking:

Hand-pull cotton fibers cleanly from open bolls while leaving the sharp hulls, stems, and dry leaves behind to ensure high-grade crop purity.

Sack & Bag Management:

Drag and fill heavy canvas cotton harvesting bags or baskets through the rows as you harvest.

Yield Transport & Weighing:

Carry filled harvest sacks to the field edge, assist with weighing individual yields, and dump the raw cotton into collection trailers or module builders.

Quality Sorting:

Inspect picked cotton in real-time to discard sun-bleached, water-damaged, or insect-infested locks before they enter the sack. ability to work outside and lift 50lbs
