Job Description

The Alpine Coaster Staff is responsible for providing an epic guest experience and ensuring all safety and operating procedures are met. This role will be focused on fantastic customer service and providing a fun-filled environment for all ages. This is a

, full-time or part-time position and reports to the Assistant General Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with loading and unloading customers in a friendly and courteous manner Startup/ Shut down of the coaster Ensuring all alpine coaster safety requirements are met Positive attitude to make guests excited about their ride Must react well in stressful and emergency situations Responsible for overseeing daily and periodic course operations Other Essential Duties Collaborates with park management teams Responds to guest inquiries Participates in other projects and activities as assigned
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Excellent verbal communication skills required Customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to follow instructions and be a part of a team Ability to work with minimal supervision Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
