Competitive, based on experience We are currently seeking a dedicated Draft Beer System Technician to service accounts in the Anchorage and Matsu regions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in draft beer quality control and/or the restaurant/bar industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to accounts, maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Clean and sanitize draft beer equipment in accordance with company and brewer standards.
- Troubleshoot deficiencies or issues reported by customers and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Conduct service and handle chemicals safely and appropriately, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Document and follow route schedule, ensuring accurate recording of each account's service history.
- Regularly handle equipment weighing up to 50lbs and occasionally move kegs weighing up to 165lbs.
- Safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Fitness-minded individual capable of meeting the physical requirements of handling kegs.
- Appreciation for working with hands and using mechanical equipment that is pressurized.
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Additional Requirements:
- Prior experience in draft beer quality control or the restaurant/bar industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
