Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmer and Packager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully trimming, manicuring, and packaging cannabis products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and enthusiasm for agricultural processes will contribute significantly to our production goals. Responsibilities Skillfully trim and manicure cannabis buds to enhance appearance and quality, following established guidelines. Pack finished products accurately into containers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Conduct visual inspections of cannabis products to identify defects or inconsistencies in quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety practices and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Follow all safety protocols, including food sanitation practices and FDA regulations related to cannabis handling. Support quality control efforts by documenting inspection reports and participating in quality assurance procedures. Skills Experience or familiarity with farming, agriculture, or outdoor work environments preferred. Mechanical knowledge beneficial for understanding equipment used in trimming and packaging processes. Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and inventory calculations. Strong attention to detail for quality inspection, reporting, and documentation accuracy. Ability to handle agricultural products with care while maintaining hygiene standards required by FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.
