Future Opportunity - Assistant General Manager Upscale Authentic Irish Pub We are building our leadership team for an upcoming opportunity at an upscale, authentic Irish pub and are looking to connect with an experienced Assistant General Manager who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and creating an exceptional guest experience. Our concept goes beyond the traditional neighborhood pub. We are focused on creating an authentic Irish experience with elevated food and beverage offerings, genuine hospitality, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the character and energy of a great Irish pub. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just a shift leader. We're looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the operation, develops people, builds relationships with guests, and wants to grow with the business.

What You'll Do:

Partner with management team to lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence throughout the restaurant Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house employees Create a culture centered around hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail Ensure every guest receives a consistently high-quality experience Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and employee development Manage labor, inventory, cost controls, and other key operating metrics Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure strong communication and execution Resolve guest concerns professionally and build relationships that turn first-time guests into regulars Help maintain the atmosphere, standards, and authenticity that differentiate our pub Support events, promotions, and initiatives that build the business and strengthen our connection with the community

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, pub, or hospitality-driven concept A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Someone who leads by example and is willing to jump in wherever needed Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive culture Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and restaurant financials is preferred Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
