Job Summary UMA Geotechnical Construction is growing and seeking experienced Construction Field Laborers to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in earth drilling, micropiles, piers, soil anchoring, and shotcrete , this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic and skilled workforce. Health, dental and vision, 401k w/employer contribution PTO, vacation, holiday pay etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Supporting the installation of deep foundation systems Assisting with drilling operations and rig setup Performing soil nailing and anchor installations Applying shotcrete for slope and structural support Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient job site Driver's license is required Experience Prior experience in geotechnical construction or foundation work preferred Ability to work in physically demanding environments Familiarity with micropiles, piers, and soil anchoring systems Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required Must pass a drug screen and physical (if selected) OSHA certification is a plus Join us as a Field Technician where your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to our valued clients.
