What You'll Receive Paid Training:
$18/hour for four weeks No prior industry experience necessary Tools, equipment, and PPE provided by the company Company vehicle and fuel card for approved business use Opportunities for increased compensation based on performance Supportive team environment and continuous learning opportunities Defined career path and advancement potential Basic Qualifications Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid U.S. driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug test Availability for evening, overnight, weekend, and extended hours when required Must be available to attend training in Garner, NC beginning October 5th, 2026 .
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
