Starting Pay:
$20.50/hour Desert Mountain Club is home to seven signature golf courses, including six designed by Jack Nicklaus and a unique par-54 championship course, making it one of the most prestigious golf destinations in the country. The Outside Services Professional is highly collaborative and committed to our team's unified goal of delivering world-class service in a manner consistent with the Club's standard of excellence. The ideal candidate will be professional and a team player who is passionate about golf and delivering exceptional service experiences. Prior experience in golf operations is preferred. JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
Engage with members / guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner at the moment of arrival and upon departure. Practice and promote name recognition. Assist members / guests with all pre and post round needs including; bag receiving / loading, cleaning golf clubs, and bag return. Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course. This includes club utility vehicles. Set up, maintain, and break down all practice facility areas in accordance with the daily schedule. Aid members / guests with any additional special requests; Ensure all needs are met. Maintain familiarity with current happenings via Club communications and information shared by Golf Leadership. Assist with the setup and execution of all golf tournaments and related events. Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times. Valet cars ( location dependent ). Attend mandatory golf meetings. Other duties as assigned by management.
