Overview We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Golf Outside Operations team. This position plays a vital role in providing a First Class experience for members and guests, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently retired individual or someone seeking seasonal work hours through the fall.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests at all times. Demonstrate an understanding of golf operations and how they function. Maintain knowledge of private club standards and expectations. Ability to lift and move heavy objects when required. Operate golf carts, ball pickers, and other golf course machinery safely and responsibly. Maintain reliable transportation to and from work. Adhere to a punctual schedule, with availability as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 10:00 PM when necessary. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain comfortable with physical, outdoor tasks. Show initiative and the ability to "hustle" during work shifts, keeping pace with a fast-moving environment. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service. Individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the position may be invited back for the full season in 2027.
