Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Independent Contractor (1099) to provide routine property care and maintenance services at our self-storage facility in Newberry, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept property while working independently. The contractor will be responsible for completing routine site visits approximately once per week, with additional visits on an as-needed basis for emergencies, special projects, or other property needs.
