S chedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team! High performing, reliable, and teamwork-minded employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation and benefits package including the potential to earn end of year bonuses and pay increases As a Product Install Specialist you will Install a variety of recently purchased after-market products in our customer's vehicles Establish service by studying our showroom system requirements; gather any necessary products and tools; complete installation Preserve rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques Maintain customer satisfaction by completing service in a timely manner Inform customers about the installation process, and product maintenance Stay informed about any new products and installation requirements Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations including all established department policies and procedures Interact with customers when applicable Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours Perform other duties as assigned Qualified Candidates will Have at least 6 months of experience installing products in vehicles Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude and demeanor that represents the company in a positive light at all times Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Have great attendance and punctuality Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude Be authorized to work in the United States Why you'll love working at WeatherTech WeatherTech is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe work space.
