Meadow Ridge Farm is looking for a dependable, long-term team member to help care for our rental homes, event spaces, and property. This position is primarily housekeeping during the summer and fall , with light property maintenance and caretaking during the winter and spring . You'll also have opportunities to assist with weddings, events, guest services, and occasional property tours.

Responsibilities may include:

Housekeeping for rental turnovers Light property maintenance and seasonal upkeep Assisting with wedding and event setup, cleanup, and some same-day turnovers Greeting guests and providing general hospitality support as needed Conducting occasional property tours for new clients Maintaining supply closets, and notifying owner when restocking is needed What to expect: Grow with us! Part-time hours vary based on bookings (min hours are not guaranteed at this time) but may become more consistent over time Shift times vary but are scheduled well in advance, typically between the hours of 10:00am - 4:00pm. Most shifts are 3-5 hours long (excluding event days). Occasional weekend work is required A flexible, year-round role with opportunities to grow We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and detail-oriented Friendly and professional with guests Able to work independently (most of your work will be alone) Comfortable with physical work and being outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation is required.
