Springwood Builders LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Estimator to manage incoming leads, guide potential clients through the sales process, and prepare accurate project proposals. This role includes discovery calls, onsite visits, detailed project documentation, proposal preparation, estimate presentation, client follow-up, and maintaining consistent communication with both clients and the Springwood team. The Estimator works closely with the Lead Estimator to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through project handoff. Job Responsibilities Respond to and manage incoming leads in a timely, professional manner. Schedule and complete discovery calls with potential clients. Participate in Shin-Fu training's weekly, per training schedule. Utilize a consultative sales approach, including the Shin-Fu sales method, to understand client goals, budget, timeline, and project fit. Schedule and complete onsite visits. Take detailed notes, photographs, measurements, and project information needed to prepare accurate proposals. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals. Present proposals and clearly explain project scope, pricing, and the value of Springwood Builders. Follow up with open estimates, undecided clients, and lost leads. Maintain accurate lead status, communication history, and next steps within the company CRM. Communicate project details clearly with the Lead Estimator and internal production team. Continuously expand knowledge of construction methods, materials, and estimating best practices. Provide exceptional customer service while representing Springwood Builders professionally throughout the sales process. Qualifications Estimating and/or sales experience required; construction or remodeling sales experience highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to build trust with homeowners and guide conversations professionally. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously. Comfortable discussing budget, scope, pricing, and timelines with clients. Basic understanding of residential construction, remodeling, or estimating preferred. Experience with JobTread, Go High Level, or similar CRM/project management software preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Lead Estimator and production team. Valid driver's license. Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM Occasional flexibility may be required for client meetings, onsite visits, or proposal presentations outside normal business hours.
