You'll pull pre-cut stringers and deck boards from supply stacks and use pneumatic nail guns to build pallets to spec, from standard sizes up to heavy-duty XL. Fast pace, physical work, daily production targets. What You'll Do Pull pre-cut lumber from supply stacks and assemble pallets using a pneumatic nail gun Build across multiple pallet sizes and grades, including large, heavy builds that require lifting and flipping throughout the shift Inspect, stack, and stage finished pallets for shipping Keep your station tight and production moving What We're Looking For Extensive pneumatic nail gun experience required Pallet building experience preferred Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and flip oversized pallets throughout an 8-10 hour shift Ability to stand, bend, and lift for a full shift Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset Apply today.
