Qualifications & Experience Candidates must have their own, reliable transportation. Travel in the surrounding areas is necessary and includes mileage reimbursement Performing office functions, such as copy and document imaging, records management, mail processing Supervisory Responsibilities Responsible for managing assigned client accounts and supervising staff. Maintains a professional, safe, and organized working environment. Physical Demands Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to move about intermittently throughout the workday. Ability to stand for extended periods while performing office-related tasks. May be required to lift medium to heavy objects over short distances. Regularly pushes a loaded utility cart during the day. Work Environment Ability to work collaboratively and productively as part of a team. Must be adaptable to changing client needs and priorities. Equipment Software Must be proficient on the computer, laptop, monitors, mouse, keyboard, headset, copier, scanner, fax machine Must be proficient in MS Office and Google Apps Must be proficient in MS Suite Must have working knowledge of Teams, Zoom, or a similar virtual meeting platform Candidates familiar with Citrix platform will be preferred Occupational Health and Safety Employees are responsible and accountable for: Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment Compliance with the MCS Safety Manual and MCS Associate Manual provided on date of hire.
