What You'll Do Process applications in accordance with the wait list process. Pre-qualify potential residents for communities within the community. Ensure the recertification process is completed in a timely manner. Ensure move-in, occupied and annual inspections are completed in a timely manner. Ensure acceptable levels of occupancy (98% occupancy for subsidized communities and 96% occupancy for all others). Implement a marketing plan for the community. Ensure and document compliance within the community. Assist with maintaining the community to Company Standard. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years previous experience in property management, specifically in Tax Credit or Section 8. General understanding of applicable laws and regulations governing public housing. Proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office Software.
