Job description Labor Services Company, a family-owned transportation company that has been in operation for over fifty (50) years, is currently hiring a full-time transloader for our Cincinnati , OH location. The Transload Operator is responsible for unloading Bulk liquid railcars to tank trailers and maintaining proper documentation (seal logs, loading paperwork, railcar paperwork) to meet food grade customer requirements. Perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions, able to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb on elevated surfaces and use basic hand tools and climbing on railcar ladders about 15ft. Starting at $21+ depending on experience Mid-shift Monday to Friday 11:00am to 7:30pm Weekend availability Weekly pay Direct deposit Aflac 401K after 90 days Paid time off after 90 days

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work in a safe manner always and ensure the loading process and sequence is strictly followed to prevent spills and mis-loads. Read, understand, and complete documentation; to include seal inspections, steam reports, and sample collection. Monitor product transfers for correct fill measurements, following customer order requirements and complying with DOT regulations for legal weight limits. Capable of learning how to operate mechanical equipment, such as mobile conveyors, product pumps, and heat exchangers. Inspect inbound and outbound railcars, to include noting any damage and seal numbers. Ensure the transload site remains clean and free of debris to prevent trips or environmental contamination.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently Pass a background check & drug test Be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid driver's license Railroad or commercial trucking experience is a plus
