Job Description
The Sealer Sand associate is responsible for hand and machine sanding cabinet parts after sealer has been applied to the parts in accordance to Wood-Mode, LLC standards. Must have the ability to pass a color blind test. Must have the ability to read production tickets, product prints and tape measure. Must have the willingness to use all types of belt sanders, pneumatic hand sanders, and blocker sanders. Must have the willingness to use wood putty to fix minor imperfections in the cabinet parts. Must have the ability to work independently. Problem solving skills are required. Must have the ability to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
