May 2027 Love gear, guest service, and working in a high-energy, mountain-focused setting? As a rental technician, you'll help guests set up with the right ski or snowboard equipment, adjusting everything for fit and performance. You'll be the go-to person for helping guests hit the slopes with confidence.
What You'll Do:
Fit guests with appropriate boots, skis, snowboards, helmets, and poles based on ability, size, and snow conditions. Adjust bindings and settings according to manufacturer standards and guest preferences. Receive returned equipment, inspect for wear or damage, and reset for future use. Maintain a clean, organized rental area and manage guest flow during busy periods. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and explain equipment use clearly. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Has a strong attention to safety protocols and detail. Is dependable, hardworking, and service-focused. Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights as needed. Can stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs. Enjoys working in a team and in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
