Now through April 3, 2027 About Us Venture Rental Management is a vacation rental management company serving Southern Vermont. We manage short-term vacation homes throughout the Mount Snow, Wilmington, Stratton and Bromley areas. We are currently looking for two reliable, organized Property Runners to help oversee homes in the West Dover, Wilmington and Wardsboro area during the winter season. This is a hands-on position that involves driving between vacation homes, inspecting properties, delivering supplies, coordinating minor issues and helping make sure each home is ready for arriving guests. Schedule Applicants must be available for the following:

Fridays:

approximately 8:00 AM-3:00

PM Either Sundays:

approximately 12:00 PM-5:00

PM or Mondays:

approximately 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Additional hours may occasionally be available depending on guest stays and property needs. Weekly hours will generally be approximately 15-20 hours , although they may vary based on occupancy. Responsibilities Conduct pre-arrival and post-departure inspections of vacation rental properties Check homes for cleanliness, damage, missing items and maintenance issues Make sure properties are properly prepared for incoming guests Deliver supplies and other necessary items to properties Help coordinate repairs and service providers when issues arise Handle basic property-related tasks and minor fixes when possible Communicate clearly and promptly with the management team Document property conditions and issues using a smartphone What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Because our properties are spread throughout Southern Vermont, good time management and reliability are extremely important. Basic handyman or property maintenance skills are a strong plus, but not required. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable 4WD or AWD vehicle capable of safely navigating Vermont winter conditions Snow tires strongly preferred Smartphone Ability to drive between properties throughout West Dover, Wilmington and Wardsboro Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay on schedule High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of a background check Reliable availability on the required days listed above Compensation $23

•25 per hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for work-related driving between properties.
