A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Direct daily crew activities, manage labor hours effectively, and mentor crew members in best practices.Softscape Install:
Execute proper Install flowers, bushes, trees, mulch, pine straw, and etc.Hardscape & Other Installs:
Execute proper installs like pavers, retaining walls, irrigation installs, and etc.Operational Excellence:
Execute mowing (zero-turn, stand-on, push), edging, trimming, pruning, and seasonal debris removal.Heavy Equipment Operation:
Have prior experience operating heavy equipment like Skids Steers, Mini Excavator, and Excavator.Logistics & Tech:
Operate company vehicles safely and utilize production software via smartphone for precise time-tracking and job documentation.Horticultural Care:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of flowers, shrubs, and garden beds; identify specific needs for different grass and turf types.Equipment Stewardship:
Perform minor 2-cycle and mower repairs, follow weekly maintenance schedules, and coordinate with the Mechanic via our tagging system.Preparation:
Manage the "afternoon reset"—preparing trucks and equipment daily to ensure a seamless start the following morning. Key Skills & Qualities An "Eye" forQuality:

Ability to work independently, troubleshoot equipment issues, and manage on-site challenges with a positive attitude.Requirements Experience:
3+ years of professional landscaping experience preferred. 1+ years of leading a landscape team.Licensing:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).Compliance:
Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform demanding physical labor (bending, climbing, pulling) in various weather conditions.What we offer:
