Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman to lead and manage our Maintenance crews on landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations on-site, ensure safety compliance and ensure standards of quality. Responsibilities Supervise and manage maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to work order specifications Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies Review work order specifications for accuracy and clarity before work begins Oversee quality control measures, delegate tasks to the team and ensure efficiency Lead the crews' time and ensure work is completed on time and up to company standards Experience Knowledge and prior Maintenance experience as a foreman Strong communication skills to effectively share important information to the supervisors. Be physically fit and have the stamina to work outdoors Ability to safely drive the crews to daily routes Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment Ability to lead the crew to ensure job gets done Proficient with tools and equipment to be able to train crew Knowledge of safety procedures Join our team as a Foreman if you're passionate about leading a successful maintenance crew through expert management skills, equipment knowledge, and a commitment to safety.
