$20 per hour

Full-time Build Exceptional Outdoor Spaces All Terrain Landscaping is hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Installer to help build custom outdoor environments for high-end residential properties throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale. This is a hands-on position for someone with professional experience in landscape construction, including irrigation, drainage, grading, planting, and site preparation. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman and installation crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. Our projects may include softscape, hardscape, masonry, lighting, synthetic turf, shade structures, and water and fire features. Responsibilities Prepare job sites, foundations, grades, and work areas Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation and drainage systems Plant trees, shrubs, ground cover, and other landscape materials Prepare grade and install rock and other landscape finishes Read landscape plans, follow specifications, and take accurate measurements Operate and maintain company tools and equipment Keep job sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow safety procedures and company installation standards Work productively with the Foreman and other crew members Complete accurate and timely timesheets Perform other landscape construction and installation duties as assigned Qualifications Professional landscape installation or landscape construction experience Working knowledge of the construction process from site preparation through final installation Experience with irrigation, drainage, grading, and planting Ability to read plans, follow measurements, and complete work accurately Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship Dependable, professional, and able to follow direction Ability to work effectively as part of a crew Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in Phoenix-area weather Valid government-issued identification for payroll processing Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for the position English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements This position regularly requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, digging, lifting, and carrying landscape materials. Applicants must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work throughout a full shift and in varying weather conditions.
