Landscaping Lead Overview We are looking for an experienced Landscaping Lead to join our growing landscaping company. This is a great opportunity for someone with several years of hands-on landscaping experience who is confident leading a crew, managing projects, and maintaining high-quality work. Because we are a newer business, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company , take on more responsibility over time, and help us build a strong landscaping team. Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews Coordinate daily tasks and jobsite activities Perform and oversee landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, cleanup, and lawn care Assist with hardscaping, rock installation, grading, and landscape construction Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems Safely operate trucks, trailers, tools, and landscaping equipment Train crew members on safety, equipment use, and landscaping techniques Communicate project progress, material needs, and jobsite concerns with management Work alongside the crew as needed to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Several years of professional landscaping experience Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping, and plant care Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is excited about the opportunity to help grow with a developing landscaping company.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
