RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and Close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends Promote team culture throughout the facility (both employees and customers) Monitor on-site staff Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment Promote safety for employees and customers Reconcile point of sale tills at close Ensure that guest experiences are memorable and positive Resolve technical issues; help guests with concerns Operate Point of Sale (POS) system Supervise/Ensure that park staff are performing their job tasks (eg cleaning)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
