We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader for our Landscape Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawns, and garden structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gardening and landscaping, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of landscape maintenance workers, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Drive the crew to job sites and oversee the daily clocking in and out of team members. Perform general lawn maintenance duties, including applying fertilizers, maintaining landscape design, and removing weeds and dead plants. Train team members in aesthetic and safety pruning of trees and plants. Ensure team safety and adherence to daily schedules. Communicate effectively with team members in both Spanish and English. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in gardening or landscaping. Valid CA Driver's License. Ability to communicate well in Spanish and willingness to learn English. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
