Job Description

We are looking for an onsite Property Manager to be responsible for the oversight of a Mobile Home Community. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. 5 years' prior experience in RV or Mobile Home Park management is preferred. The Manager position provides on-site housing and is required to live on-site. Responsibilities for Property Manager Manage rent roll, distribute rent statements, collect rents and deposits. Prepare and serve legal notices; enforce the community's rules and regulations. Maintain required logs and forms and comply with all laws and regulations related to the management and operation of the property. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents. Screen all resident applications and track home sales, rentals and vacancies. Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance by tracking Manager's budget and forecast. Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage. Skills for Property Manager 5 years' proven work experience as a Property Manager. Mobile home park management preferred. Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects. In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software. Resident-focused and bottom-line oriented. Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills. Well-organized with excellent time management skills. Valid Driver's License Background check and drug screen required prior to employment.
