Nice to Have Skills & Experience Fire or Security Industry Experience - Bilingual (Spanish) Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Renewals Coordinator to plays a vital role in supporting a client company's fire alarm, fire protection, and security services by managing service contract renewals and driving customer retention. This position involves proactively engaging with clients to ensure timely renewals, re-estimating contracts to reflect current service needs and pricing, and resolving any customer concerns prior to renewal deadlines. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high renewal rate, tracking contract timelines, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with experience in customer service or sales. Familiarity with fire protection systems is a plus.

Compensation :

$20/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
