T his is a full time position. A clean driving record and valid drivers license is request. Must have landscape experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Visit completed landscape projects on a set schedule and assess plant health, soil moisture, irrigation coverage, and overall site condition Run irrigation zones at each visit, verify coverage, and adjust controller programming for the current season Perform minor on-site corrections during visits replacing a plant, adjusting a drip emitter, reseating a rock, leveling a paver and flag anything larger for a crew return Handle plant warranties and punch list items and own them through to full resolution not just until they're reported Be the primary point of contact for all completed job clients: phone, text, and in-person; respond to every message the same day it comes in Proactively update clients on open items and keep them informed on everything happening with their project Identify additional landscape work opportunities during visits and route them to our sales team with context Document every visit, irrigation adjustment, client communication, and open item in BuilderTrend the same day
