This role involves patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and coordination of referrals while ensuring a seamless patient experience. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required

Flu vaccination required (no exceptions)

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office

Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans

Strong ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Patient Services Representative

Experience with EPIC / CS-Link

Knowledge of medical terminology Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients (in-person and phone)

Greet patients and address concerns, escalating when necessary

Perform patient check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, and issue receipts

Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information in EPIC/CS-Link

Schedule appointments and complete patient registration

Process and track referrals and authorizations across multiple insurance plans

Manage patient and provider communications

Explain clinic policies, procedures, and services clearly to patients

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with clinic guidelines
