As a key leader on-site, you will ensure that all landscape and hardscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction will help transform outdoor spaces into stunning environments that clients will love. Responsibilities Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patio installation, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features Manage irrigation systems including installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to promote healthy plant growth Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and groundcover to ensure proper horticultural practices are followed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining high-quality workmanship Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles with a strong leadership background Hands-on experience with hardscaping construction projects such as paving, stonework, or fencing installation Familiarity with irrigation management systems and troubleshooting irrigation issues Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate crew members and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Experience operating heavy equipment, trenchers, tillers, jack hammers etc. Join us in shaping vibrant outdoor environments!
