A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

provide the resources of a large company while maintaining the culture and responsiveness of a family-owned business. What You'll Do As a Landscape Supervisor, you'll oversee a portfolio of HOA and commercial landscape maintenance accounts and serve as the primary contact for your clients.
Responsibilities include:
Build strong relationships with Board Members, Property Managers, and commercial clients. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure exceptional landscape quality. Lead, coach, and develop maintenance crews and irrigators. Identify landscape improvements and prepare enhancement proposals. Oversee irrigation management and recommend water-saving improvements. Attend HOA board meetings and client meetings. Manage labor, materials, and budgets to achieve profitability goals. Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards. You should have:
