Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead outdoor landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of a variety of irrigation and landscaping tasks, ensuring high-quality results that enhance outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate construction activities, and uphold safety standards across diverse construction projects. Experience in public works projects including city, parks, and school work. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscaping crews in executing planting, irrigation installation, hardscape installation. Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Oversee the operation of landscaping equipment, including company vehicles, ensuring safety and proper usage. Manage irrigation systems—installation, repairs, and adjustments—to optimize water efficiency across projects. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards; conduct regular safety briefings with team members. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and other contractors to ensure smooth project execution and quality control. Skills Extensive experience in irrigation, landscape, and hardscape installation. Proven foreman experience with strong team management skills; capable of leading crew management effectively. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care is a plus Skilled in irrigation management—installation, troubleshooting, repairs—and operating irrigation equipment. Ability to operate a variety of landscaping tools and outdoor equipment safely and efficiently. Construction experience related to projects; familiarity with site preparation and groundworks. Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; capable of motivating teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; commitment to safe driving practices on-site. Pay:
$35.00 - $73.11 per hour
