You will be responsible for… The Landscape Advisor will be responsible for a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts. You will ensure that quality standards are met and that customers are highly satisfied through proactive communication, relationship building, and regular account visits. Be courteous and helpful to our customers Communicate updates, schedule maintenance tasks, and discuss priorities Perform quality site audits and create punch lists for maintenance crews to address weekly Estimate and propose landscape and irrigation enhancement opportunities to a portfolio of accounts and coordinate the completion of the work with customers and team members Negotiate contract renewals and generate new opportunities through current client relationships Build Landscape Management budgets and present proposals to clients Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve its new growth objectives Assist the branch team in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and

Qualifications:

8 years of experience in client and crew management within the commercial landscape industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing a large client portfolio, is highly preferred 2 year or 4-year college degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 5 years of landscape/horticulture experience, including training and managing multiple crew members/gardeners, is preferred Strong customer service, sales and communication, and management experience Effective communicator with customers and throughout all levels of the company Ability to prioritize job duties in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of all facets of landscape management including irrigation programming, plant ID, and care
