A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

This role demands mastery in both the structural and aesthetic elements of landscaping. In this role, you will primarily work on hardscaping project components. All stages of paver installations, concrete, artificial turf, and retaining walls are primarily elements with responsibility to deliver high-quality construction projects from start to finish. You will be a key player in:
Hardscape Construction:
Plan and execute the installation of structural elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
Preparation phases:
Overseeing the preparation, grading, and drainage of sites.
Project Oversight:
work under the guidance of a project foreman, with ability to work independently at times: manage on-site workflow, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality and safety.
Your Skills and Experience:
To excel in this challenging role, you must demonstrate the following:
Experience Required:
3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in the landscape construction industry.
Skill Mastery:
Demonstrated expertise in hardscape construction (pavers, flagstone, block retaining walls). Wood retaining walls and fences a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret landscape architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Equipment Operation:
Proficiency in operating commercial construction and landscape equipment (cutting tools, compactors, etc). Commitment to
