Full-Time Job Description:
We are looking for a true professional ready to transform visions into stunning, functional outdoor living spaces. This role demands mastery in both the structural and aesthetic elements of landscaping. In this role, you will primarily work on hardscaping project components. All stages of paver installations, concrete, artificial turf, and retaining walls are primarily elements with responsibility to deliver high-quality construction projects from start to finish. You will be a key player in:
Hardscape Construction:
Plan and execute the installation of structural elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
Preparation phases:
Overseeing the preparation, grading, and drainage of sites.
Project Oversight:
work under the guidance of a project foreman, with ability to work independently at times: manage on-site workflow, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality and safety.
Your Skills and Experience:
To excel in this challenging role, you must demonstrate the following:
Experience Required:
3+ years of proven, hands-on experience in the landscape construction industry.
Skill Mastery:
Demonstrated expertise in hardscape construction (pavers, flagstone, block retaining walls). Wood retaining walls and fences a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret landscape architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Equipment Operation:
Proficiency in operating commercial construction and landscape equipment (cutting tools, compactors, etc). Commitment to
Quality:
An unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and outstanding customer service.
License & Records:
Valid state-issued driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
