Description Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Leader to oversee and continuously enhance the client service and operational infrastructure of the business. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this role will manage a team of Client Service Associates while supporting advisors, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The position is responsible for overseeing daily client service operations, managing and developing team members, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving internal processes, implementing operational best practices, and supporting the firm's continued growth through scalable service and operational solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative, service-oriented leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and creating a high-performing operational environment within a dynamic and growing wealth management organization. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership and client service experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing day-to-day execution with the ability to build scalable processes that support future growth. This individual will serve as a key partner across the organization, working closely with advisors, clients, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience.

+ Serve as the direct manager for the Client Service Associate team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and professional development.

+ Lead, train, and mentor team members while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.

+ Establish and maintain operational standards, workflows, and team expectations.

+ Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support employee growth and engagement.

+ Act as the primary escalation point for complex client service and operational issues. Operational Leadership

+ Oversee day-to-day client service and operational functions in support of advisors and clients.

+ Develop, document, and enhance operational procedures, workflows, and service standards.

+ Manage client onboarding, account opening, transfers, account maintenance, and related administrative processes.

+ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement scalable processes that support organizational growth.

+ Partner with compliance and leadership teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and operational best practices. Technology & Systems Management

+ Oversee operational aspects of key business systems, including CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow management platforms.

+ Collaborate with leadership to improve automation, system integrations, and overall operational efficiency.

+ Evaluate and implement technology enhancements, including emerging and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
