A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Develop and implement strategies that reduce water usage while maintaining landscape quality and client satisfaction.
Perform irrigation evaluations and recommend repairs, upgrades, renovations, and enhancement opportunities.
Assist branches in developing, monitoring, and updating water budgets that track water consumption and savings.
Support the irrigation startup process for all newly acquired maintenance properties.
Ensure newly onboarded properties are operating within established water budgets within the first 90 days. Business Development & Sales Growth Identify and develop revenue opportunities through irrigation enhancements, renovations, upgrades, and water management services.
Assist operations and sales teams in closing maintenance opportunities by providing irrigation expertise and consultative support.
Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, municipalities, commercial clients, and industry partners.
Deliver presentations to management companies, boards of directors, and industry groups to promote water conservation and irrigation services.
Stay informed on manufacturer programs, water district incentives, utility rebates, and government conservation initiatives that create value for clients. Training & Team Development Serve as the irrigation technical resource for all Northwest partner companies.
Develop and deliver irrigation training programs for technicians, foremen, account managers, branch managers, and operations leaders.
Train employees on smart controller technologies, water management systems, and irrigation best practices.
Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor irrigation technicians throughout the region.
