This role involves overseeing hardscape construction, plant installations, and irrigation systems while supervising and guiding a dedicated crew. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a landscape installation crew
- Manage installation of hardscapes, plantings, and irrigation systems
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards
- Train and mentor team members
- Operate and transport equipment (MTs, skid steers, trailers)
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed correctly
- Enforce safety protocols and attend required safety trainings
- Assist with snow removal operations in winter conditions
- Work extended hours (8+ hours/day), including weekends as needed
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of landscape installation experience (commercial and residential)
- 1-2 years of crew leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive and back up a 16' trailer
- Experience operating MTs and skid steers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong reliability, leadership, and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology in daily tasks
