$20-$25 per hour, based on experience Terravian Landscaping is growing, and we're looking for a Crew Lead who enjoys working in the field and knows how to keep a team organized. In this role, you'll lead landscaping jobs, work alongside the crew, and communicate with management to keep each project on track. We're also building better systems for estimating, scheduling, and dispatch. The information our crew collects in the field is a big part of that. We need a lead who can accurately document how long work takes, what materials were used, and how the crew is progressing. Your feedback will help us plan jobs more effectively and give crews the information they need before arriving on site. Responsibilities Lead and participate in mowing, mulching, planting, cleanups, and other property maintenance work. Assign daily tasks, guide crew members, and check that work meets our quality and safety standards. Track crew hours, time spent on specific tasks, job progress, and any delays or changes in scope. Record site measurements, materials used, completed work, and before-and-after photos in a mobile app. Share clear updates with management and help identify ways to improve how jobs are planned and completed. Qualifications Hands-on landscaping experience and the ability to lead a small crew. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail when measuring, tracking time, and documenting work. Comfort using a smartphone or mobile app for job notes and photos. A dependable, hands-on approach and willingness to help a growing company improve its operations.
